Delivery Charges
FREE shipping is offered for orders within the United States. International customers can recieve a shipping quote from within the shopping cart.  All shipments are processed within 24-48 hours. Expedited Delivery is available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Please note that Expedited Delivery will arrive on business days only.

Shipping
In a partnership with UPS and US Postal Service, we are able to provide you with a flexible array of shipping options within the U.S. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped by either UPS or US Postal Service. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address. If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at checkout. 

International Customers
All orders will be processed withing 24-48 hours.  Please allow 10-15 business days for shipments to arrive. 

30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Miyako Ceramics™ product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.  Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

A copy of your receipt must be accompanied with your return.  We recommend shipping merchandise with delivery confirmation or tracking information.  The Ambie Group is not responsible for lost or misplaced merchandise. 

Please note that improper use, excessive prying, twisting, prodding, or applying undue force causing damage to the blade and/or handle of the knife voids all guarantees and warranties.

Return & Exchange Policy
•  All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
•  All items must be in original condition and in the original packaging

Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.

Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please contact Customer Care within 72 hours of receipt to submit a claim.

Cancelled Orders: Requests must be submitted before they are fulfilled to receive a full refund for the order including S&H.

Exchanges & Payment Refunds
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days and refunds in 14 business days. S&H charge is non-refundable. Allow at least one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately one billing cycle to post your refund. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.
